Q: How do you beat Jaws
A:
A common question, so listen up people:
To kill Jaws easily, take a Laser (AR33 isn't bad either) and stand right, right up to him and shoot him! He is so tall that he usually shoots over you! Plus without the extra clipping, his guns and arms go right through you! You might also want to shoot at him while he is running around on the stairs. As for other difficulties, the drone guns (especially the ones int he big open sector that shoot you when you look thoriugh the vents...) Slowly aim around the boxes using an AR33 or a Laser (which only takes 2 shots). When facing the laser guys behind the metal boxes in the same area, run to the other side of the room and carefully pick off each one with your AR33. Don't forget the drone guns up top behind the glass; you`ll be able to pick them off from a safe distance with your AR33.

Q: How do you beat The Skedar Leader
A:
A common question, so listen up people:
He isn't really tuff, even in Perfect Agent - as long as you know how to do it... The first rule is that the boss has an invincible shield. The way to defeat him is to shoot at him till his shield turns green, then to shoot at the sign on top of him (the 5 spikes). They also have shields but they blow off at some point. Keep doing this till the middle spike is left, then blow that one too, to stab the Skedar Leader. I like to use the Callistro NTG to blow the sign up. He's attacks are: rockets - just dodge them - , calling reinforcements - kill the little skedars for extra ammo - , and when he disappears, run around till he appears again. If you get the Pheonix, all you'll have to do is shoot him with explosive shells which will blow up his own rockets in his own face, rendering his shield meter down to zero! Till he regenerates, shoot the sign some more. The main trick is just to save up on any ammo and to give it all you got; and don't forget to keep a cool head!!!

Q: Why is it that with the cheat all guns in Perfect Dark, you don't get the Slayer? And how come you only get four shots with the Psychosis gun no matter how many cheats you use?
A:
Rare's quote: "We originally planned to put it in but the Slayer's second function, when used in certain levels, would mess up the game data and make it run choppy [not smoothly]." Although this may be true, they probably also did it to keep us from exploring non-created parts of levels. My self, I wanted to explore a couple of tunnels and sewers, and even fly to the "dam" in Carrington's villa and then turn around to see a good view of Carrington's Villa! As for the Psychosis gun, Rare probably limited the shots for the same reason: Keep game data low and to not build a big army running around shooting around (more game data requiered). It is possible to have a maximum of eight though, In Maian SOS with the cheat Psychosis gun, pick up four extra shots: the beginning gun, two at the second alien lab, and a fourth one in the computer lab with a drone gun in it.

Q:
So your site is all about Golden Eye and Perfect Dark, what about TWINE (The world is not enough)? And will there be a Perfect Dark 2 or something?
A:
First of all, I deal mainly with Rare's first person shooters and I'm not particularly crazy about TWINE. I'm not saying that it's a bad game, or that I don't like it, actually it's pretty good, but it doesn't fall in the same line as Golden Eye and Perfect Dark. Secondly, yes, there is a "Perfect Dark 2" on the way. The name is: Perfect Dark Zero. No detail yet, apart that it will be for GCN (Game Cube). Keep checking back Hot News for more detail.

Q:
Who are you? Did you beat both games at 100% or something?
A:
Oh, yep! Beat every level on 00 Agent/Perfect Agent including all secret levels, unlocked every cheat, all the challenges with 1-4 players, found every cheese myself, been in every nook and cranny of both games, tried every cheat available, trained for months in the combat simulator, memorized every gun with all their functions ammo types & capacity, advantages and disadvantages, mapped every level... I could go on and on... I've started playing ever since Golden Eye came out. Oh yeah; and this all without a GameShark, of course.

Q:
OK, so what's up with Odjob and Mayday? They are nowhere to be found in the missions!
A:
Odjob and Mayday aren't in any mission! No matter how much you look for them. Two possibilities here: Rare might have wanted to put them in earlier but where later taken out from the missions only. Or maybe Rare just created them just to add a few extra villains in multi. We may never know.

Q:
Why is there no motorcycle in Runway like in the movie?
A:
Rare thought that putting in a motorcycle would have made the level to quick and easy (as if it's not already like that). It sort of makes sense, though, because in 00 Agent, there are plenty of objectives. Also, putting this aspect in would have taken allot more programming and allot of thinking to set it all up. But we do know that Rare had originally planned in putting it in because with a GameShark, you can find the motorcycle in the database, plus there is a miniature sized model in a hut in Surface 1.

Q:
How do the Perfect Dark ranks (such as beginner, agent expert...) work?
A:
This is a good question. The answer is so long that there is a page dedicated to this. Click here.

Q: How do you pick up the Golden Gun in Egyptian?
A:
Simple, just when you enter, go immediately to the left corner, then move up two tiles, move back to the right side just in front of a drone gun, then move up in diagonal to the left of the Golden Gun. Now just side step to the right to make the glass lower. If you mess up, exit the room through a gray, secret passage to the left, then try again.

Q: I can't get into any mission in my Perfect Dark game! Why the hell is that?
A: Unfortunately, if your having this problem, chances are that it's because you don't have an Expansion Pack. Perfect Dark requires you to have an Expansion Pack inserted properly in your N64 so that you can play more than two players max in combat simulator. At least the problem is simple: Just buy an Expansion Pack - it's worth it!

Q: Can you mix and match weapons in Perfect Dark?
A: No, unfortunately you can't. I tried several times and my conclusion is that Rare took out this glitch.

Q: In Golden Eye, what gun is the Spyder?
A: How many times do I have to tell you! The Spyder listed in the manual is renamed the Klobb in the game. It was named after Ken Lobb, a high ranked Nintendo leader (his name appears in just about every game, and I'm frankly getting annoyed at seeing his name absolutely everywhere!...).

Q: What does the cheese do in Perfect Dark?
A: Absolutely nothing. Any rumors about getting special weapons or levels are all extremely FAKE!!! Rare just put it in for fun. It doesn't do anything. If your interested in finding them all, check out my secrets page.
